436.1505 Class 'C' or class 'B' hotel license; state-owned airport; nontransferable. Sec. 505. Notwithstanding section 501, the commission, with the approval of the bureau of aeronautics, may issue without regard to the quota provision of section 531, not more than 1 class C or class B hotel license for each state-owned airport serviced by scheduled commercial passenger airlines.
