445.453 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 3. Any person, firm, association or corporation which shall operate such an establishment without a license, or shall violate any rule, regulation or condition, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 100 dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
