445.1680 Effect of noncompliance on validity or enforceability of mortgage loan. Sec. 30. Failure to comply with the provisions of this act shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any mortgage loan, unless the mortgage loan is invalid or unenforceable under the provisions of any other laws of this state or under any federal law.
