445.965 Mailing copy of complaint, judgment, decree, or order to attorney general. Sec. 15. (1) Upon commencement of an action brought pursuant to section 14 or 18, the clerk of the court shall mail a copy of the complaint to the attorney general, and upon entry of a judgment or decree in the action, the clerk of the court shall mail a copy of the judgment, decree, or order to the attorney general. (2) In a subsequent action by the attorney general brought pursuant to section 13, proof of a violation of a permanent injunction issued pursuant to this act is conclusive evidence that the defendant engaged in a method, act, or practice which is unlawful under this act.
