45.52 Repeal; effect on veterans' preference act. Sec. 2. All acts and parts of acts, whether general, local or special, contravening the provisions of this act are hereby repealed: Provided, however, That nothing herein contained shall be construed so as to affect or modify in any way the provisions of Act No. 205 of the Public Acts of 1897.
