45.570 Provisions of act controlling. Sec. 20. When an optional unified form of county government becomes effective, this act is controlling as to all matters to which it relates, and provisions of law not in conflict continue in full force and effect. History: 1973, Act 139, Eff. Mar. 29, 1974
