45.594 Cost of system. Sec. 14. The following may be included as part of the cost of a system funded under this act: (a) Engineering fees. (b) Legal fees. (c) Administration expenses before and during the period of construction. (d) Feasibility study costs. (e) Grant application costs. (f) Financing costs. (g) A reasonable amount for contingencies or reserves, or both. (h) Interest on bonds to be issued. (i) Expenses of operation and management.
