45.456 Violation of act; penalty. Sec. 6. Any officer who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the sum of not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 6 months.
