45.96 Repeals; construction of act. Sec. 16. All acts or parts of acts in any wise contravening the provisions of this act are hereby repealed: Provided, however, That the provisions of this act shall not be construed to repeal any of the accounting laws, except where the provisions of this act are in conflict therewith.
