45.626 Applicability of act; eligibility requirements. Sec. 6. This act does not apply to a county unless that county is eligible for a transfer of title IV-E funds from the state under the waiver granted in 1997 by the United States department of health and human services for part 3 of the family independence agency's request under the child welfare demonstration project.
