45.19 Unorganized counties; annexation, effect. Sec. 19. Unorganized counties and other districts, annexed, or hereafter to be annexed to any organized county for judicial purposes, shall, for every purpose, be deemed to be within the limits of the county to which they are or may be so annexed.
