450.704 Corporation director, manager, trustee or officer; resignation. Sec. 4. Any person, director, manager, trustee or other officer of any corporation organized under the laws of the state of Michigan who, within 30 days from the date of approval of this act, shall resign in good faith as such director, manager, trustee or other officer, and shall file with the resident agent of such corporation a copy of such signed resignation, shall not be subject to the provisions of this act.
