450.3143 Alternative notice of regular meeting. Sec. 1143. Instead of the notice required in section 404, written notice of the time, place, and purposes of a regular meeting of members may be given by a means specified in the bylaws and accessible to all members, if the date of regular meeting is established in the bylaws and the notice is made accessible to all members at least 15 days before the meeting.
