450.2003 Foreign corporation without certificate of authority. Sec. 1003. A foreign corporation which transacts business in this state without a certificate of authority under this act is subject to the same duties, restrictions, penalties and liabilities now or hereafter imposed upon a foreign corporation which receives such certificate of authority, in addition to any other penalty or liability imposed by law.
