450.2031 Application for withdrawal from state. Sec. 1031. A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state may withdraw from this state upon receiving from the administrator a certificate of withdrawal. The foreign corporation shall file an application for withdrawal setting forth: (a) The name of the corporation and the jurisdiction of its incorporation.
