450.1401 Meetings of shareholders; place. Sec. 401. Meetings of shareholders may be held at a place within or without this state as provided in the bylaws. In the absence of such a provision, meetings shall be held at the registered office or such other place as may be determined by the board. History: 1972, Act 284, Eff. Jan. 1, 1973
