453.51 Michigan state agricultural society; incorporation. Sec. 1. That all persons who now are, or may hereafter become associated for the purposes of this act, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the 'Michigan state agricultural society,' for the purpose of promoting the improvement of agriculture and its kindred arts.
