457.472 Great hive of ladies of Maccabees as body corporate and politic; power and authority; evidence of existence and incorporation. Sec. 2. When all of the foregoing requirements are complied with the great hive of the Ladies of the Maccabees of the state of Michigan, shall be a body corporate and politic, by the name expressed in such article of association and by that name shall be in law capable of suing, and being sued, in all the courts of this state, with full power and authority to transact the business of said association, pursuant to the constitution, laws and by-laws thereof, and said articles of association or a copy thereof, duly attested by the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce, under the seal thereof, shall be prima facie evidence in all the courts of this state, of the existence and incorporation of said great hive of the Ladies of the Maccabees.
