457.153 Certified copy of articles with affidavit attached as evidence. Sec. 3. A copy of such articles of association with an affidavit attached, as provided in section 1 of this act, duly certified by the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce, shall in all the courts of this state be prima facie evidence of the existence and incorporation of said local assembly.
