457.48 Business office; change of location. Sec. 8. The location of the business office of the state convention may be changed at any time upon filing a written notice of such change in the office of the secretary of state within 20 days from the time of the change of such location, and any subordinate division may change the location of its business office upon filing a like notice in the office of the clerk of the county where such corporation is organized.
