458.21 Methodist Episcopal church; incorporators. Sec. 1. That it shall be lawful for any number of members of the Methodist Episcopal church of full age, not less than 9, with the consent of the presiding elder of the district in which the proposed church is to be located, to organize and procure the incorporation of a Methodist Episcopal church.
