458.204 Property rights of corporation; government. Sec. 4. The corporation shall succeed to all the property rights of the church out of which it is incorporated and, subject to the civil law, shall be governed by the form of government, discipline, rules, and usages of the Presbyterian Church (USA), as promulgated by the general assembly of said church and the presbytery within whose jurisdiction the corporation may be located.
