458.206 Trustees; qualifications; election; term. Sec. 6. The trustees aforesaid, and as well their successors in office, shall be adult citizens of the United States, shall be chosen by ballot, or as provided in the articles of association, and shall hold office for a length of time, and upon conditions, as shall be provided in the articles.
