458.81 Free Methodist church; incorporators. Sec. 1. It shall be lawful for any number of members of the Free Methodist church, of full age, not less than 5, with the consent of the district elder of the district in which the proposed church is to be located, to organize and procure the incorporation of a Free Methodist church.
