458.258 Record of proceedings; inspection, evidence. Sec. 8. The vestry shall keep a record of their proceedings, which, together with a record of the meetings of the congregation of the parish, shall, at all times, be open to the inspection of any officer of the parish, and of all persons qualified to vote at the annual meeting of such church.
