458.460 Construction of acts. Sec. 10. In all proceedings that may arise or be brought in any of the courts of this state touching or in any way concerning churches that may be incorporated under this act, all other acts or parts of acts shall be so interpreted and construed as to give full force and effect to the provisions of this act, and to all the rights and privileges granted by this act to churches incorporated thereunder.
