46.152 Fair board; appointment by board of supervisors. Sec. 2. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act, the said board is hereby authorized to appoint a committee of its members or other residents of the county, which shall be known as a fair board, and shall have control of the operation and management of the fair held in such county.
