46.302 Fire protection; appropriations from county general fund. Sec. 2. The board of supervisors thereafter may appropriate annually from the general fund of such county such funds as may be required for the housing, maintenance, care and operation of such fire extinguishing apparatus and equipment, or to carry out contracts for such fire protection in such sums as such board of supervisors shall deem necessary.
