46.16f Ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation of affected township. Sec. 16f. An ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation of an affected township in effect at the time a consolidation under sections 16b and 16c is effective continues in full force as an ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation of the territory that comprised the former township to which it applied until it is repealed or amended by the consolidated township board.
