46.251 Transportation of persons injured on highways; declaration of necessity. Sec. 1. The prompt transportation of persons injured on the highways of this state to a hospital or other place where needed medical care and treatment can be rendered is necessary for the protection of the welfare and safety of the people of the state of Michigan.
