46.231 Advancing historical interests of county; activity or project; appropriation by county board of commissioners. Sec. 1. The county board of commissioners of any county in this state is authorized to raise and appropriate money for the purpose of fostering any activity or project which in the opinion of the board tends to advance the historical interests of the county.
