46.178 Administrative expenses; revolving fund. Sec. 8. The county board of commissioners of any county operating under the provisions of this act, may by a 2/3 vote of its members-elect appropriate and there shall be paid from its general funds such sums as are determined by the board to be necessary for administrative expenses incurred by the county agency in the performance of its duties and powers authorized by this act and for purposes of obtaining maps, plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates of proposed improvements or facilities. The county board of commissioners of a county operating under this act may by a 2/3 vote of its members-elect make appropriations from the general fund of such county to be segregated as a revolving fund which may be used to finance and pay for such improvements or facilities as are authorized herein to be disbursed and expended by the county agency.
