46.181 Collection service charge; enforcement. Sec. 11. The collection service charge authorized herein in terms of rates, charges or assessments to be fixed and collected by the county, and notes for money advanced and loaned by the county may be enforced by such county in case of default in payment thereof as herein provided, and/or by action in mandamus, assumpsit or any other remedy prescribed by law.
