460.10dd Appropriation; hiring full-time positions to implement act.Sec. 10dd. (1) For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, there is appropriated to the commission from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to 460.120, the amount of $1,950,000.00 to hire 13 full-time equated positions to implement the provisions of the amendatory act that added section 6t. (2) For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, there is appropriated to the attorney general from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to 460.120, the amount of $150,000.00 to hire 1.0 full-time equated position to implement the provisions of the amendatory act that added section 6t. (3) For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, there is appropriated to the Michigan administrative hearing system from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to 460.120, the amount of $600,000.00 to hire 4.0 full-time equated positions to implement the provisions of the amendatory act that added section 6t. (4) For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, there is appropriated to the department of environmental quality from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to at added section 6t. (4) For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, there is appropriated to the department of environmental quality from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to 460.120, the amount of $150,000.00 to hire 1.0 full-time equated position to implement the provisions of the amendatory act that added section 6t. (5) For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, there is appropriated to the Michigan agency for energy from the assessments imposed under 1972 PA 299, MCL 460.111 to 460.120, the amount of $260,000.00 to hire 2.0 full-time equated positions to implement the provisions of the amendatory act that added section 6t.
