460.832 Board of commissioners; appointment and term of commissioners. Sec. 32. The joint agency shall be governed by a board of commissioners appointed by the respective governing bodies of the municipalities which are members of the joint agency. The governing body of each member municipality shall, by resolution, appoint 1 commissioner who, at the discretion of the governing body, may be an officer or an employee of the municipality.
