460.847 Annual report. Sec. 47. A joint agency shall, following the close of each fiscal year, submit a report of its activities for the preceding year to the governing bodies of its member municipalities. The annual report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the joint agency during the preceding year, together with an audit of its operations as prescribed in section 48.
