462.31 Freight tariffs; filing. Sec. 31. Any freight tariffs issued by common carriers relating to interstate traffic in this state or by any common carrier relating either to interstate or to intrastate traffic wholly by water routes in this state shall be on order of the commission filed in the offices of the commission within such time as such order shall prescribe.
