462.335 Unsafe bridge; penalties for certain conduct. Sec. 335. (1) A railroad may be fined $10,000.00 for operating or moving any locomotive, railroad car, or railroad maintenance machinery not necessary for bridge repair across a bridge determined by inspection to be unsafe.
