462.337 Applicability of act. Sec. 337. This act shall apply to any individual, partnership, association, or corporation, and their respective lessees, trustees, or receivers, appointed by a court, while engaged in the operation of a railroad within this state, or while owning, leasing, or otherwise having under his or her or their jurisdiction or control the land on which, or adjacent to which, there may be located and operated any railroad track or sidetrack that is a part of or is in any way connected with a railroad.
