462.365 Report of certain convictions; form. Sec. 365. If a person is convicted of a violation of section 353 or of a local ordinance substantially corresponding to section 353(1) or (2), a report of the conviction shall be forwarded by the court in which the conviction occurred to the United States department of transportation.
