47.14 Construction of act. Sec. 14. In the event that the board of supervisors shall submit the question of the appointment of a county auditor as provided in section 1 of this act, then all the provisions of this act shall be construed so as to permit the carrying out of the provisions of this act by an individual qualified as herein provided, to be known as county auditor.
