474.133 Violation of act; penalty; separate offense.Sec. 33. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, a person subject to this act who operates a passenger service without obtaining an authority required under this act or without meeting the insurance requirements provided in this act shall be subject to a civil fine of not more than $500.00.
