474.134 Violation of act or rule as civil infraction; penalty.Sec. 34. A motor carrier, or an officer or agent of a motor carrier, that requires or permits a driver or operator to drive or operate a bus in violation of this act, or a rule promulgated under this act, is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $500.00.
