480.24 Enforcement of state civil infraction.Sec. 14. A state civil infraction shall be enforced in the manner provided for enforcement of state civil infractions in chapter 88 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.8801 to 600.8835.
