483.117 Municipal corporations excepted. Sec. 17. Nothing in this act contained shall be construed to vest the commission with regulatory control and authority over any natural gas utility owned and operated by a municipal corporation nor to in any way infringe upon the authority of the duly constituted official bodies having charge of such municipally owned utilities.
