484.204 Penalty. Sec. 4. Any person or persons violating the provisions of this act, shall, upon conviction thereof in any court of competent jurisdiction, be fined in any sum of not less than 10 and not exceeding 100 dollars, for each and every act, at the discretion of the court; violations of the provisions of this act may be prosecuted in the name of the people of the state of Michigan, and it shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of each county in this state to prosecute for any violation of the provisions of this act.
