484.2103 Construction of act; database of licensed providers; submission of information.Sec. 103. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this act, this act shall not be construed to prevent any person from providing telecommunication services in competition with another telecommunication provider. (2) The commission shall maintain a publicly available database of providers in each exchange that are licensed to or otherwise provide toll and local exchange service in this state. (3) A provider shall submit to the commission all information requested by the commission necessary for the preparation and maintenance of the database under this section.
