484.2375 Providers receiving federal universal service support for services provided to elementary and secondary schools; discounts. Sec. 375. All providers of telecommunications services within this state that receive federal universal service support for telecommunications services provided to eligible elementary and secondary schools, under the telecommunications act of 1996, Public Law 104-104, 110 Stat. 56, shall provide those intrastate services at discounts equal to the discounts applicable for eligible interstate services.
