484.2376 Providers receiving federal universal service support for services provided to libraries; discounts. Sec. 376. All providers of telecommunications services within this state that receive federal universal service support for telecommunications services provided to eligible libraries, under the telecommunications act of 1996, Public Law 104-104, 110 Stat. 56, shall provide those intrastate services at discounts equal to the discounts applicable for eligible interstate services.
