484.3224 Annual report. Sec. 24. The authority shall submit an annual report no later than March 1 of each year relating to its activities for the preceding calendar year to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the majority leader of the senate, and to each member of the house and senate committees with oversight over utility and energy issues.
